By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.Nature of the Platform

Turnt does not organize, host, supervise, operate, or control any event listed on the Platform. All events are organized and operated by independent third-party organizers.
3.Organizer Responsibility
Event organizers are solely responsible for all aspects of their events, including but not limited to planning, venue compliance, safety, permits, staffing, ticket fulfillment, refunds, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Turnt does not assume any responsibility for the conduct, safety, legality, or quality of any event listed on the Platform.
4.Tickets and Payments
Tickets purchased through the Platform are issued by the event organizer. Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment processors. Turnt is not responsible for payment processing errors, disputes, chargebacks, or payment failures. Any refund, cancellation, or event change policy is determined solely by the event organizer unless otherwise stated.
5.Event Risks and Assumption of Risk
Users acknowledge that attending events may involve risks including but not limited to injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event discovered through the Platform, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event.
6.No Liability for Events
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnt shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, claim, delay, cancellation, dispute, or other issue arising from or related to any event listed on the Platform. Turnt has no control over event organizers, venues, or attendees and disclaims all liability related to events.
7.Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services including payment processors, websites, or external platforms. Turnt does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, policies, or content.
8.User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the Platform, violate applicable laws, infringe upon the rights of others, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Turnt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnt and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or participation in events. In any case where liability is found, Turnt's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific ticket involved in the claim.
10.Indemnification
Users and event organizers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turnt and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform, participation in events, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

You and Turnt Network, LLC agree that this arbitration agreement is enforceable and binding under the Federal Arbitration Act. Any arbitration shall take place in the State of California. If any portion of this arbitration or class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
